Day Three

Nothing big happened today. Just trying to cross things off of my "To Do List" and feeling like it would never end. No matter how much you do on your list, there is always more to do. What a fun game we get to play.

On a side note, if you are an employer or you are in charge of HR for an organization. You should make up a resume and apply for a job at your own organization. Most of the processes out there are time consuming and repetitive. The fact that I have to upload my resume as document, and then copy and paste my resume into forms on the same application I will never understand. The fact that employers are okay with leaving their biggest and best asset, their people up to a keyword search is absurd to me. Yes it is easier to let a computer come out with the final list of people that it tells you, you should interview, the results are rarely great.  Imagine how much time and money you could stop wasting if you actually invested int he upfront cost of truly finding the best talent, not just what people tell you on paper.
